The Ellington project is an innovative residential and hospitality project. The two intended uses are based within a single plot and share all the facilities with each other. The rotation is dictated by the presence on the border of a building of over 30 floors which effectively obstruct the view from the rooms. A rigorous design that takes into consideration the external view defines the internal layout of the rooms and consequently of all the green spaces.
