Architectural Engineer

Certified Architectural Engineer with over seven years of experience in design and project delivery across Saudi Arabia, Kingdom of Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates. He began his career at Saudi Binladin Group, one of the largest construction companies in the Middle East, where he contributed to major national projects such as the National Guard Housing Project and Princess Noura University Project in Riyadh. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in large-scale project coordination, site supervision, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Throughout his career, Ahmad has been involved in the design and execution of residential villas, multi-story buildings, office developments, and mixed-use projects across Dubai and the region.

He specializes in sustainable design, green buildings, and smart home integration, maintaining a commitment to achieving harmony between aesthetics, functionality, and environmental sustainability.

 

Ahmad holds two academic degrees:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from Middle East University, Amman – Kingdom of Jordan

Diploma in Architectural and Structural Engineering from Saudi Arabia

He also holds several professional certifications, including:

Project Management Professional (PMP)

Risk Management Professional (RMP)

Autodesk Revit Professional Certification

Architectural Facade Design Certificate
